Our LED strip lights are rated to 65,000 hours of use. That means about 20-25 years of nightly use. If damage does occur for any reason, we are able to cut out the damaged section and replace it without replacing the entire light strip.

YES! Our outdoor lights are fully waterproof and even submersible in certain situations. They are IP68 rated and enclosed in a full epoxy silicone coating that keeps out any water or dust that could interfere with functionality. Our Indoor lights are IP65 rated to prevent any damage from light spills and abrasions.

We use a software called WLED in our controllers that allows for fully customizable lighting. You can make the strip display any one color, multiple colors at once, preset patterns, rainbow sequences, different color/patterns in different segments, and much, much, more. These lights are truly INFINITELY customizable.

YES. The app we use allows for scheduling of when the lights automatically turn on and off. We can also make a regular light timer a part of the system.

Black Rock Lighting charges $25 per linear foot of lighting for most installations. That includes the lights, power supply, app controller, any electrical work needed, labor, and a 3 year all-inclusive warranty. If there is ever any problem with your lighting installation, we will be happy to repair or replace any components for up to 3 years. If there is a serious issue later on down the line, we would only charge material costs and a small service fee to repair any damage.

The best way to unlock the potential of your lights is to use the app that syncs to the controller. The app allows for full customization of all the LEDs, timing, Wifi control, pattern speed and density, and much more. There are compatible apps for both Android and iOS operating systems. If you are not able to use an app for whatever reason, we can provide an IR remote to use instead.

Yes! We have full comprehensive liability insurance so you will never need to worry about that.

Yes! There is a 3 year warranty on all light installations. If anything goes wrong with your lights in the first three years, we will happily fix them at no cost to you. After three years, it would be treated as a service call for a small fee.

Typically we just need a place to plug in the lights and a wifi signal to control the lights with the app. With larger installations, we may need to change the circuit or accommodate your house to fit the lights electrical needs.

If a section of lights goes bad, we just cut out the effected section and replace it with a new one. We are able to cut out every 3 inches of lights if needed.

Yes! Our lighting controller can be fully integrated with your Alexa or any other home automation system.
